ROYAL OAK FURNITURE - Damaged by technician while installation

I had purchased a cot few weeks back in Royal Oak Ambattur. The technician who came for installation damaged the head board and left us with no option but to service the damage which was unacceptable considering this is a new product. I have been following up with the customer service and sales team of the shop for every day until today to get me a replacement of a refund. The headboard which was finally brought for replacement was also damaged. And now they are making us roam from pillar to post. Such companies should not exisit if this so the trauma which the customer has to face.
