I ORDERED FOR * HALF KG OF KAJU BURFI THROUGH ZOMATO TO BIKANERWALA GK * AND THE DELIVERY I RECEIVED WAS FOR ONE KG BOX I TRIED TO SPEAK TO BIKANERWALA GK * ,THERE THE PERSON RUDELY TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER WAS THROUGH ZOMATO YOU SPEAK TO THEM,THEN I TRIED TO CONTACT ZOMATO THROUGH CHAT WHERE THEY SAY OUR APOLOGIES WE ARE SORRY AND WE CANT DO ANYTHING GIVE US A ANOTHER CHANCE, THEY ARE PROVIDING SERVICES HOW CAN THEY RUN AWAY WITH JUST SAYING SORRY THESE KIND OF THINGS HAPPENS QUITE OFTEN OUR GOVT SHLD SEE ABOUT THESE KIND OF THINGS AND SHLD TAKE PROPER ACTION AGAINST THEM WHOSOEVER IT MAY BE.
