Spoton Courier - Wrong delivery of consignment

Dear Sir, My consignment has delivered to wrong address due to i have to bear ***** loss. Product which i have purchased from kolcatta could not get on time and i have purchased same material in double rate due to urgency and i have suffered for * days to get same material from local courier and till date no one is responding.
