Niskriti Dewan filed complaint against Spoton Courier on Aug 15, 2020
Recently I got transfer from Kolkata to Bangalore. So for my transfer I have given my scooty to spoton Courier service on **st july ****. and same when I tracked my order it is Bangalore for * days in their Godown but nobody has contacted so far. after searching all i got their retail manager no when I asked they told they gonna deliver by **th of August after that she has given * more no when I contacted him he was told to collect from their Godown. My point is if they cannot deliver why they have taken responsibility to deliver their home address. and when I contacted them they are telling we are disturbing them. Is this a way to behave with a customer ?? And I have no idea where to contact now coz I am new to this Bangalore.
