Ekart delivery - Wrong delivery by delivery boy

I have a complaint against your delivery boy So, Here I tell you what happened I did not ordered anything from ekart still the delivery boy delivered a parcel We gave them the money mistakenly and he said that he marked delivered on status we said that we hadn't ordered anything and we want our money back he said he had marked delivered he can't give us money but I checked after that the status is showing order rejected marked RTO So he lied then he again called and came said give me the parcel I'll do something regarding this and gave us *** rupees and also took the parcel so first of all he lied that he had marked delivered and did not gave us the money and after that he also took the parcel with him So I just want my money back *** rupees and Please take some action against him so he will not that type of action against.Please refund my money back.
