Ekart delivery - Fraudulent COD Parcel via Ekart 750 Collected for Unordered Product

Today, a fraudulent Cash-on-Delivery (COD) parcel was delivered to my address in Chennai, Tamil Nadu through Ekart Surface Premium. I never placed or authorised this order.
As I was not present at home, my family members unknowingly paid ₹*** in cash to the delivery executive, assuming it was a genuine delivery. Upon verification, no such order exists in any of my e-commerce accounts.
This incident involves unauthorised use of my personal data, delivery of a cosmetic product, and collection of money without consent.
Ekart delivered and collected payment without proper order verification, enabling financial fraud and violating basic consumer safety obligations. This constitutes an unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
