Airasia India Ltd - Wrong deduction of Rs 9345 in my credit account

I'mhaving credit balance of Rs *****, in AirAsia big member account # *****XXXXX, which got created against cancellation of AirAsia flight ticket (PNR # CTPXXX) during COVID lockdown in last year.
On *th Jan **** I have used Rs ***** (PNR # BNYXXX) for flight ticket booking. Therefore, I supposed of have Rs **** on credit balance.
Unfortunately, in my AirAsia big member account, there is a wrong deduction of Rs **** in my credit account on **th Jan ****, while I have not done any transaction on that day.
This needs to be reversed immediately.
