Airasia India Ltd - Flight delayed and no compensation provided

On *th October ****, the flight i* *** was scheduled to departure at **** hrs according the schedule. The flight departed at exactly **** hrs (more than * hours delay). As per the norms of DGCA, domestic airlines have to compensate the passenger, if the flight is delayed more than two hours.
If the flight is delayed due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the airline’s control, such as a natural disaster, extreme weather, political unrest, strikes or terrorist activity, then airline may deny for claim compensation.
Flight operations comes under purview of airlines only. If it is was the last option to delay the flight, as informed, airline has to pay for their decision which affects the passengers.
After repeated complaints AIRASIA is not providing any compensation.
