Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I tried to transfer Rs.**** from my Airtel Payment Bank account to my ICICI bank account. But while using their instant payment option from my mobile I probably typed a digit by mistake, which can happen to anybody while typing in mobile. But there was no option where I could verify the account number where I am sending, so the amount was instantly deducting without showing me where it is going. For last * months I am asking for their help to refund the amount, but they are not listening. I am sending you the details:
