Vikas Gupta filed complaint against Airtel and paytm on May 11, 2020
On **-**-**** an auto debit was made to my Paytm account (**********) at * AM morning by Bharti Hexacom Ltd. for Rs ***/- as per details given below:-
Paytm Order ID *************
Paytm Transaction ID ***********
Beneficiary: Bharti Hexacom Ltd.
However, I have not done or initiated the above recharge.
On making inquiry with Paytm, the Paytm help desk has informed that the transaction is valid and the payment has been conformed by the Bharti Hexacom Ltd (Paytm reply is attached). It was further advised to contact Airtel for further details.
Email dt **-**-**** has also been written to Airtel for informing the details of this debit and the related Mobile Number to which this debit relates. However, the Airtel informed through email dt **-**-**** that they are unable to locate this transaction.
It is requested to please help me in locating this auto debit by Airtel in my Paytm wallet (**********).
