Every month net plus mails invoice for Rs **** in respect of previous dues for its broadband services,inspite of the fact that there are no dues pending except for current charges i.e Rs *** to be paid till **.**.****.A number of follow ups have been taken from concerned authorities at its head office located at BMC Chowk,Jalandhar but that is fruitless.Kindly intervene so that issue gets resolved
