Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Net Plus Company regarding the discrepancy in the pricing of the new connection I recently booked. On ****, I availed the offer provided by Net Plus Customer Care for a three-month subscription. However, the local operator insisted on charging me a significantly higher amount of **** for just one month.
This inconsistency in pricing is unacceptable and I request an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect a refund of the excess amount charged or an adjustment in the billing accordingly. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation regarding this discrepancy and steps taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
I trust that Net Plus Company will address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. Failure to do so may compel me to explore alternative options and escalate my complaint further.
