Lic Of India - Wrong Commitment by Agent

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the handling of my grievance registered with your esteemed organization. I had submitted a complaint under complaint number **********.

The information provided by the team about the maturity amount is not upto my satisfaction. I would like to draw your attention to the commitment, the agent had made at the time of purchase. The loan amount which I had taken has been fully paid along with the interest. To my knowledge I have no outstanding loan or interest due till today. I request you to concentrate on the working(manipulated) provided by the agent which comes as below:

I raised this issue with the branch earlier, but no satisfactory action has been taken against the concerned agent till now. I have also not received any support either from any senior team nor the agent is attending my calls. I would like to inform you that all the team members of the branch are supporting the agent & no action has been taken against him.
