Your Print Delhi - Wrong Commitment and No Solution Provided

I ordered a customized sweatshirt specifically for my Disney trip before order I did check on the delivery timeline with specifically mentioning that I will need the product by **th March as I am travelling on **th March. They told me product will be dispatched by *th March basis the same I ordered when on *th Mrach product was not shipped I checked and got a response saying it failed quality check so will again went for printing and will be dispatched in *-* working days and this was told on both *th and **th March while I reemphasis that I need to travel so need this before and if can't be possible refund my amount. I received a response saying cancellation can't be done - my question is who is responsible for this delay? Why didn't they call a customer to inform on the quality failed and checking if I will be fine with the delay before sending for reprint when I have been repeating on my timeline to receive product? I will not be around for delivery so who is responsible for any misplace item? This product was for specific purpose so my entire trip plan is runed so what I am supposed to do last minute and what I will do with this product later. They are not able to keep the commitment they shoudl have checked with customer on the delay side so now they should refund my amount. It's like harassing the customer as their customer service is useless instead of resolving they just repeat one line "they will dispatch on priority" which doesn't help and answering without reading.
