I have already been waiting for this order ID ******* for many days now and the status is still showing “Printing” even today.
You have informed me multiple times that it will be dispatched “soon” or within *–* working days, but there is no visible change in the tracking page.
I need a clear and specific answer now:On which exact date will the order be dispatched?Approximately how many days will it take to reach my delivery address after dispatch?The delay has already gone far beyond your stated timelines, so I request you to treat this as urgent and give me a proper committed date instead of just saying “as soon as possible”.
