Citibank india - Wrong CIBIL Status update by CITIBANK causing mental Agony

Hi Sir/Madam, With Due Respect, I beg to say that I was having Citibank Ready Credit Account# ********** and with structure payment of ***** INR was offered to me on **-Jul-**** with a validity of **-Jul-**** and Promised was made that On the
appropriation of the above payment, above mention account stand settle full and final and no further dues will be payable to Citibank N.A. Screenshot attached.
I paid the
amount the next day on **th Jul ****. Screenshot of payment attached. also received the mail confirmation of Account closed on July **, ****. mail snapshot attached.
With Utter Disappointment, even after ** years, when I check my CIBIL REPORT, Bank has given status as Write Off on ** OCT **** even if in July **** they confirmed it is closed which is not correct in place of Settled or Closed. This shows the unprofessional
as well as unethical conduct by CITIBANK.
Due to this, I have been troubled by various
financial institutions up to now which impacted me financially and companies like Credit
Mantri got a chance to charged me Rs **** in **** to settle this. As well as I went through getting calls daily *-* times from institutions like credit Mantri, paisa bazaar,bank bazaar etc on the pretext of getting this resolved.
I end up paying **** to credit Mantri for the same.
Also, Appreciate your support to get compensation for the scenarios or phases I have gone through in the last ** years which resulted in severe mental
trauma and agony to me which further aggravated during the course of time due to negligence and gross deficiency in promised service. this sort of unethical and unprofessional by bank end up having financial losses due to rejection of loan sometimes which hit me hard and i end up in depression as well.
this has caused suffering,mental tension, harassment, agony, and loss of money and i have all rights and entitled to get compensated for this.
Appreciate your suport on compensation.
