Citibank india - Inaccurate CIBIL reporting of closed account

Citibank has inaccurately reported payments and late payments for a credit card I never used and which they themselves disposed of. The credit card account was closed in **** however for no reason they have misreported late payments and this has resulted in lowering of my credit score. Despite multiple follow ups and dispute raised through CIBIL Citibank has not resolved this nor corrected their misreporting of credit history
This is a consumer complaint being submitted along with claim of punitive damages for the stress and strain Citibank has carelessly victimised me to through their inaccurate processes and inaction
