Happy Easy Go - Wrong charges in the name of Dynamic fare for Domestic flight booking by HappyEasyGo

I have requested to book a ticket through HappyEasyGo from Bengaluru to Varanasi for dated **-Dec-**** and also requested to utilize my credit shell amount of *****/- for booking.
Before ticket confirmation, i have paid an additional ****/- Rs as requested by happyeasygo, but the actual fare after ticket
confirmation of PNR is showing *****/- INR.
Since the actual fare of flight booking is lesser than my credit
shell, my Credit Shell is not completely utilized on top of it Happyeasygo has charged Rs. ****/- which they are not able to justify and are not ready to return also.
This is cheating and amount should be refunded. Also, please do not use this website for any kind of bookings else you will be cheated.
