Booked online ticket through make my trip. within ** mins of booking realized the date were incorrect so I change the date as the terms and condition in ticked mentioned charges from * hours to * day **** and ***. however they charged me ***** rupees for date change and not providing the invoice for travel instead they give me invoice as penelty for date change. am following this up since ** Nov ****. Please help
