NIMIT BHOLA filed complaint against Make My Trip on Mar 26, 2019
It is unfortunate that I am following up with their team desperately for last * days through no of phone calls and emails but the issues related to my trip to Indore remain unresolved.
*. MMT arbitrarily without assigning any reason cancelled my hotel booking for my stay at Bhagwati Grand, Indore from **th to **th March ****.
*. My air tickets for the journey on **th and **th to and fro from Delhi to Indore were also booked. I made repeated requests for telling me the fate of the said air tickets once the hotel stays at Bhagwati Grand, Indore is arbitrarily cancelled by them. No reply or resolution of both my above-said issues is given by their team. Due to their negligence and carelessness, I am going to incur the loss of ***** as the journey cannot be undertaken by me due to wrongly cancellation of hotel booking by them. Kindly help in refund my airfare for my visit to Indore immediately.
