Make My Trip - Wrong cancellation by Make My Trip

I have booked two tickets on **th of July and **th of July **** as per below details from MMT:-
NF************** ----**th OCT----Ahmedabad to Kolkata
NF**************----*th NOV----Mumbai to Kolkata
A msg has been received on *th of Sept that ticket has been cancelled as per my request.
I put mail complaint against auto cancellation and call MMT several times then after * days, they have informed that, it has been cancelled from two different IP in the same date and same time which is not related with MMT.I told them, how Is it possible that for one person to cancel both the tickets from different IPs in a same date & time and also both the IP are not matching with my mobile IP from which I have booked the tickets. I never share my ID and password also the app was single handled by me.
They made my partial refund against book the booking (which has been till not received in my Bank account).I conveyed them as I was not cancelled the ticket ,I need re-book the ticket as refund is also not done and it was with their wallet only.
I gave them option also that they can take addl. Amount for re-booking from me but they are adamant and forcing to me for close the complaint without doing anything.
They have made several calls and asking the same thing for again and again without providing me any solution. MMT told me to take legal action against both the IP but as I am using their official platform, why should I go to them as it is not at all possible.
I just fed up and felt harassed badly with the team. Expecting help from MMT facebook platform. The complaint is still open .
Now I need total refund.
