Myflower app - Wrong cake delivered Charging double tripple money

I have placed an order from myflowerapp for anantnag which was too be delivered on **rd September by * pm . These two cakes were both suppose to eggless and one of them to be sugarless. Needless to say I had to pay extra. One cake was suppose to have spiderman cake. The cake delivered were neither eggless not sugarless . I am allergic to egg and because of cake I was not well. The cake didn't have spiderman photo for which too I had to pay extra. This company is fraud they dont even refund money in the original method. I will be going to consumer court and file a case against them
