I have an issue with one of my products I have purchased from Flipkart on *th July ****.
I ordered an Acer Aspire * laptop, but instead I received Lenovo Thinkpad, used, with scratches and dead too.
I had complained for it to customer care to replace the product but they had mentioned only brand mismatch so the ekart guy rejected my product, so i had to cancel my complain and then re complain for it and the same thing happened again.
But this time I am not able to raise complain because my last cancellation request is still in process from last * days, even after max. time limit of ** hrs to resolve a complain.
I am really fed up of this, my work has been hindered by this issue.
I want refund/replacement of the product immediately.
Please help me out.
