Make My Trip - Wrong booking done due to server error

I was trying to book ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad then I visited MakeMyTrip site saying there are many flights from Delhi to Hyderabad. Then I approached for flight at *.** pm in the night for **st April ****. I was ready to book a ticket and made all the inputs which are necessary and I have disables the insurance amount deduction also while making booking and payment mode was succeeded. After that what I have seen is MakeMyTrip had a server issue and payment and booking were confirmed for Hyderabad to Delhi not for Delhi to Hyderabad. As soon as I saw the confirmation details for the same I immediately raised a complaint regarding that issue that mistake has been done after booking of less than one minute. But MakeMyTrip executives say that even if you cancel after * minute also we will charge you the full amount of deductions you have to bear it. I said I was trying to book for Delhi o Hyderabad not for Hyderabad to Delhi but they won't ready to listen. They said your query will be registered and our back end team will call you as soon as possible. I also said to them that my boss is out of the station she won't be able to answer your query please make note of my number and name to call on this number. Then too they are calling to my boss and asking for queries which were hectic of that day. So I called many times and many complaints have been registered regarding the issue but no one answering the call properly. They simply say our back end team will contact. No one has contacted me I want my complete money back as I raised my voice within a no second of incidence. It was a complete server issue. I have the proofs of showing same flight from Delhi to Hyderabad is available and I was trying to book that but the server as taken Hyderabad to Delhi with insurance fee where I avoided to pay. That was the loss of my pay. I am attaching the proof of evidence below.
