Deepak Shaw filed complaint against Vodafone on Apr 30, 2020
In the month of March, **** plans active for * of my family connections were Rs *** plus Rs ***. The final bill that was generated was Rs ****. As per the "Bill guarantee" benefit activated on my number my bill should not have crossed Rs **** (Rs *** plus Rs ***) even after unlimited usage of Internet & calls. But in the bill that was generated they have charged surplus Rs **** for internet usage over and above the monthly plan which is already ongoing.

They have started doing this on a regular basis. When I mailed to customer care and vodafone appellate they have been replying back on some topic which is not at all related with my concern. Probably they want to frustrate me with such tactics.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
