I purchased Rayban Sunglasses order id OD****************** in Flipkart. It was delivered on * June ****. It costs *****/-. When I opened the box I was really shocked to see the fake product as it is totally different from the image shown when I purchased. Immediately I had to return the product by filling the details as duplicate product recieved. The next day the pickup of the product has not done properly as the Wishmaster said that the image shown for me is different from the product given. So he rescheduled the return pickup as well again when I opened the app to return the product the app was suddenly closed. Now I am unable to return the product as well as unable to login to my account. Please kindly resolve my issue as early as possible without any delay.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
