Insasta.com - Wrong and defective package delivered

I had ordered a bra travel case of ₹*** on **-**-**** and received it on *-**-****.
First of all after making the online payment while ordering the product... they didnt provide any information related to delivery status and timing. I was totally anxious the whole time because the number given online to contact the company is wrong and does not exist. Also the customer care chat never responded. Suddenly after * days i got a call that the product has arrived. But after opening the product i was so annoyed to see all the complaints against this company that are made online is true. They seriously dont value customer timing and money. They sent me a wrong product that is also defective with all market marks on them. The bill clearly showed the design and company and colour of the product i had ordered but still they sent a low quality product which was also defective. I want my money back. I always had trust issues shopping online so always avoided it. My first online order was this one and they cheated me. Please voxya.com help resolve my issue so that i can get my money back and they can take their product away.
