I ordered * products but the one I received is completely wrong item and * not as they showed in the picture. Still i convinced myself n kept * as they were not responding to mails and messages. It's written on the site that I can return it in * days but there is no option for return and they are not responding on their email either. I had also made opening video and finally they responded wigh share pics but after that again a week no response and then they are saying our returns team will connect. Its * weeks i keep asking but no response. My **** plus money is stuck up.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
