Royal Anarkali - royalanarkali com Not lifting calls not replying back to emails or in WhatsApp for return query

I have tried calling them multiple times for process of return but they are not responding back. When i initially purchased they were sweet and confirmed there will be complete support. But noo..Its scam..Do not buy from these random websites. Actually I didn't even placed order I just had added to cart. Next day Srikanth from Royal Anarkali calls and says I want to confirm your address for the order you placed and I wasn't sure and I asked did I place the order? And he said yes you did ..I was sort of confused as I was looking for same saree at multiple sites ..I thought I might have ordered because I had tried somewhere and the Payment got cancelled..it was in midnight so I thought I might have forgot.. he still didn't tell me its cash on delivery..and I confusedly said okay yes..I checked all my transactions and when I saw there was nothing I called him back and at that time he told its cash on delivery..I wasn't sure but I thought let's try since there was a return option.. Now when I want to return they have stopped answering my calls. Please be careful of these frauds.
