Peenar.com - Wrong and cheap product sent

On **th April ****, I came across a nice dress (Grey Color Heavy Rayon Digital Print Kurti) in Peenar.com while I was scrolling down my Instagram account. I ordered the same dress on that day itself and paid *** rupees through my Debit card. They sent me a confirmation message and on **th April they sent me a message that the product has been dispatched. As to know the exact date when my product will be delivered, I contacted them in the number they provided on their website. But they did not respond at all. Either they make the call-busy or they switch off the phone. I have called them more than ** times from the day I ordered their product. They have not responded even a single time.
I also Whatsapp in the same number but no response again. On **th Wednesday, I received a wrong product which was very cheap and entirely different from the dress I have ordered. I have been going through so much tension since the day I ordered their product. They have stolen my Pappa's hard earned money. I need justice. Also, they should be punished for cheating people. I have seen people complaining about their frauds in various complaint forums including Voxya.com.
