Labelsuit - Wrong and Cheap product received

Have ordered a Small size suit from this website and the item which i received is of XXL. First and forrmost.. there was no order confirmation to the customer through sms or email. Only one time flash message will be shown on the order screen saying your order was sucessful. if on that time one can able to take the sxreenshot than he is lucky, else you wont be able to find the details anywhere.
I habe requested for a refund as the item was not as per description and also not matching the equivalent size. That too also, they are replyong through email saying.. Customer has to self courior the product back to us and the Courior charges also has to bear by the customer. Once they receive the product back, they will refund amoubt in terms of Loyalty points in their own wallet and will not refund in the actual debited account. This is very bad. this means they are forcing customer again to buy from their site which i dont want and will not ever prefer to any body.

In short i need my money refunded back to my account anad that to with the additional courior charges which i am paying for the mistakes they have done.
