Labelsuit - Wrong and cheap product delivered

I. Had ordered a salwar suit from labelsuit on **st Jan and made the payment online for ***. The product was delivered after * days, however it had nothing to do with my order. A cheap quality kurta was delivered and on asking for my product they advise me to courier the wrong product delivered at my expense for them to deliver the right one. From the beginning I was trying to call them on the number provided online however it is always busy and the communication is strictly over email. I re iterated the fact that it is absolutely not fair from the company's end to expect the customer to take all the effort and pay extra money for their mistake, but they kept coming back saying as per the company policy they don't have return pick up and this is the only way the customer can take another chance for getting the product which is rightfully theirs, for which the money is already gone to the company. I am terribly disappointed with this online shopping company and want everyone to know they are fraudsters. None should fall in their trap again and I need my justice too
