Glowroad Amazon - Wrong and broken product received

On ** Dec **** I ordered * Truke buds q* from Amazon glowroad and on **Dec **** I received the package paid the amount and open the package in front of delivery driver. Instead of * Truke buds q* there was a fake smartwatch watch with * Broken smartwatch and strap.
I filed a complaint about it on same day(**/**/**) and got a email enquiry in which I stated the complainant and provided proof.
After that I got ghosted no response no enquiry no refund no replacement
