Glowroad Amazon - Promotional Cashback not received

Glowroad has a promotional offer going on for resellers.....the reseller is promised to be given a cashback of Rs ** or Rs ** on prepaid orders . This payment has a cycle of * month ....ie after the order is successful....the reseller is paid the promised cashback on the *th of next
month .
I have successfully completed * prepaid orders in the month of july'** & was promised a sum of Rs***/- into my account by * th of August '** but it's now *th of October & after ** emails & n number of calls at the Glowroad customer support centre ...I have still not received the cashback promised to me.
