Ease my trip com - Wring guided no refund of my refundable ticket

Hi,
So I booked ticket my wife and I travelling to delhi to Abu Dhabi on March **th but as UAE govt. Has cancel and banned all type of visa entry we have requested to initiate full refund on the same day.
After waiting for months and months with regular follow up there was no response from ease my trip than finally reaching out CEO and Twitter handler I got an reply after * months that contact airlines and they gave nit responded yet but after few day of entering * months we have received refund of *k suddenly out of **k which was unacceptable as I booked my ticket on refundable basis.
Nishant pitti cro of the company has mention socially there is no refund you may change and modify booking in future ...but I still receive refund ...
After receiving unacceptable amount I complain on twitter handler he has connected me to one of the agent by call so finally after * months I m talking to somone from their side on call ... His name was Ali siddiqi he cleary said you will receive remaining amount as they had raised RA but asked me to call him back after a day.
Now when I called after day he had change statement that airlines has rejected your RA now you can modify your ticket in future with fair difference if there is ..
I asked him are you sure he said yes ...I asked him an you send me confirmation email he said just send me msg on twitter and I will confirm that so I send msg on twitter same time !! I received reply contact customer care email to verify ...I sent email with my booking refrence.
They had called me next day morning her name was shivani..she said as refund is intiated whatever it's than you can't do anything from our side we are closing the booking id ...
So this is how they are making me fool !!
I have recording for all the call msg from CEO and Twitter handler all the proof that they were making me fool and pushing me to be satisfy what I got.
I know amount look might smaller but this is cheating ...I would love to go beyond and file an officially case in indian consumer court
