I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on Apr ** **** via Amazon by Mar **** it has an internal gas leakage and not repairable so the service engineer proposed it will be replaced. Since mar almost * months I have made several calls, I have all the service engineer s numbers, when u call the customer care they will simple create a new case and assign a service engineer. After a week service engineer will call. Again explain the issue from start this has been continuing for several weeks now. Causing sever mental pressure and difficulties being a working women from home.
Any number you call only the first call will be received and the later calls are ignored. Pathetic customer service.
Store manager Kamaleshwari never respects a customer call always her number will be busy, when she attends she pretends as if she has not found any details regarding my issues using my contact number so asks us to go back and get the complaint number. Once we get that she never picks the calls.
Mr. Sudeendra will attend once and save our number so he never attends our call again.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
