Netplus Broadband - Worst service

I am using netplus service, thats my mistake to trust on netplus.
As my work is fully online. But just because of server error problem which I am facing in regular intervals. If i call care center they always say sorry nd in next morning your problem will resolve.
I really face losses I want to register complaint for all loss - apprx ***** in few days.
