Wakefit - Worst service

there is an issue with the installation of the cupboard I purchased from wakefit however it was working here and there so adjusted for this long now when i cannot even lock any door i have contacted customer service which is like ** days back literally and called each and every single day for this complaint and i had one carpenter visit after ** days and guess wat he did nothing and just had a look at the cupboard and left the home ...Now i want the whole unit to be replaced to brand new or for the inconvenience caused to me I want the whole amount to be refunded
