Vodafon Idea - worst service with no telecom network coverage in noamundi jharkhand with area pin code 833217 no

Dear Sir,
I want to file complaint against Vodafone Idea for fooling me as a customer. I ported my Jio SIM with number: -********** to Vodafone Idea on May ****. Subsequently when I moved from one city that is Jamshedpur to another city Noamundi within the Circle Bihar & Jharkhand there was no network coverage in my area in Noamundi with pin code ******. On complain to customer service they stated that they do not currently have any telecom site in that Area and they want me to continue Vodafone service as a customer and remain with problem forever in Noamundi no matter how much time it will take to set up new site there, there is no guarantee. So this way even I cannot rollback to my original telecom operator before * months . Also due to no network and no telecom tower set up in Noamundi with area pin code : -****** , I faced lots of problems without able to call any body that is there was no incoming and outgoing calls due to Zero Network in area pin code -******. Also in my residence In Jamshedpur -****** also there was no coverage and poor signals in indoors which represents Vodafone pathetic Service. I want compensation of Rs **,*** with official Appollogy for fooling me and not even providing basic *G services in my region as per TRAI guidelines. They have fooled as well as TRAI authority.
