Vodafon Idea - Extra charges

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a Vodafone Number **********, For the last * months I have been charged extra Rs *** per month, I had visited Vodafone service centre for the last * months and they had said, they have discontinued the same but in every bill again it is being charged.
I request you to please look in to the matter
