They can't solve my complaint, all of my complaint got closed without any resolution. Even didn't got call.

Everyday at any time hathway show no internet which resolve *-* hours, mostly happen in evening peak hours.
last * weak hathway executive is saying that modem is faulty but no one visited to solve it
Hathway has the worst services that can possibly exist.
I'll closed my account after repeated complaints there is no resolution
Its been over * month, I have been raising complaint.
Their system is even worse. With every call, they raise a request. But within a day they closed my request as resolved, pathetic.
Their senior executive is never available to take the call and their nodal officers do not even receive the calls.
This is not happening *st time since day * I have got hathway connection every request get closed without resolution and information.
I'm very sad that had hathway broadband connection and top of that caught for next * months by long term recharge
