My internet connection disconnects frequently. Everytime i register a complaint they say its Line issue and asks time for resolving. They did not even send a single technician for so many complaints. No proper response from Customer Service team. My internet is down sometimes for * full days which is unacceptable.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
