We took Internet connection of Ahmedabad based company Vision Smartlink Pvt Ltd . Post Covid ** Lockdown from past * week the net connection is not available from *pm to *am and when we call company customer care no one is picking phone for past * week. This is simply fraud and cheating from company as we have pais for service of **x* and to save cost they switch off server in evening
please help **********

For the past * year, they have provided very bad internet service. Internet connectivity is gone every other day and their customer care is horrible (hardly reachable). Worst ever internet service provider.
