Dear Team, i have purchased Redmi note ** * pro purchased on **/**/****,invocie number **MI**IN********, yesterday (**/**/****), i went to service center at ambattur redmi service center, I had given clear complaint about my phone , i have reported complaint is “ bug error and always phone was hanging : screen shot also shown, but he didn’t do proper repair, the problem was not resolved without diagnosing the issue, just name shake of they are doing service , just eye wash, I am totally frustrated, mental agony, I never seen such a worst service done by Redmi service centre , I need refund my money with compensation of Rs.**,*** or else replacement of new mobile one
Please take necessary action and do the needful
