REDMI - New Redmi Note 12 mobile

I had purchased new redmi ** *G mobile online through flipkart and one day the mobile showed the message that 'The system has been destroyed'. Thereafter I had informed the authorised service centre of xiomi at Ramphal Chowk, Dwarka, New Delhi ***** and they told that software is not updated and is require to be updated. Accordingly they updated the software and mobile was working. Again after few days the same problem was occurred, they updated the software. This incident was happened five to six times. I again visited the said service centre on **/**/**** and informed about the problem and I requested to change hardware of mobile or replace the mobile due to continuous problem. But they denied for the same and told me that there is software problem and we will update it. I always loss my mobile data, photos and other important documents due to said problem but they donot understand. Now i want the action against the company as well service centre of xiomi at Dwarka New Delhi
