Avita Laptop - Worst repair service

It’s been more than * months since I gave my new laptop for repair. I just used it for** days and it stoped working. I get responses that part is not yet available and it took so long. I need my laptop to carry along with me next month to abroad. Either you guys give me my laptop back or give me a brand new one as soon as possible.
