I had bought a avita laptop on February ****.After about * year within warranty period my laptop suddenly stopped working and switching on on **th June ****.I went to find service centre in Durgapur my locality but it was shut down.I contacted Delhi office they received call and send me a doc via WhatsApp to register complaint.I did it immediately,they told me to wait only for **-** days.After the time period still nobody came up, I called them again,they said to wait till July end stating as company has changed so it will be late.Again after **st July,still seeing nobody coming up I called them again.Again they stated to wait only for * more days.Now it has been more than ** days but still nobody came up there's no help no response from them.I have recorded their call and made a video of talking with them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
