I ordered a saree from palavart.com. They delivered cheap and completely different saree shown against the saree on the website. While ordering, they chat with me on Whatsapp and inform me that there is a guarantee return of the product. But after delivery, I tried to reach them so many times on **********/ ********** but no one is responding. Can you please take some action on this website and return the amount.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
