Palav Art - No response for refund or return

I have ordered a lehenga worth Rs. ****/- through WhatsApp. The vendor asked me to send the name and address so that he could courier the order. They state that it has a return policy of * days. I received the order which I paid in cash. The material was not the appropriate colour and quality. So I again texted the same WhatsApp number for return and refund. But he is not replying me.
