Pinhealth - Worst quality product delivered

I have bought * pairs of earplugs from www.pinhealth.com. after the delivery as I opened the package I found those earplugs are made of worst quality foam material. Now I want to return product and want refund money. I have requested for the return product but they denying to take return.
